Oto-Shakkei means &#8220;Borrowed Soundscapes&#8221; \u2014 the practice of capturing and arranging environmental sounds to create music that reflects the spirit of a place. In this project, Matsumoto creates a musical tapestry from the sounds shaped by Takeno\u2019s natural rhythms, atmosphere, and way of life.
