Located at the mouth of the Takeno River, which flows through the center of town near the Tajima Fisheries Cooperative Takeno Branch, this spot offers a view of boats docked at the river’s mouth, known as the “Kawaminato.” Fresh catches from the Sea of Japan, including horse mackerel, Spanish mackerel, red squid, and grunt fish, are landed here.
