A Drama club has been born at the historic Tajima Shinkin Bank, which celebrated its 100th anniversary last year!

Set inside a real bank branch, bank employees perform an un-bank-like play—right at the counter.

This chaotic comedy about “trust” unfolds at an actual service window, brought to you by theater-loving citizens of Toyooka—where a deeply rooted culture of theater thrives—and the first graduates of Professional college of Arts and Tourism.
Don’t miss this uniquely local, laughter-filled performance born from a town dedicated to meaningful theater-making!

Tanshin Drama Club

Tanshin Drama Club is a theater club at Tajima Shinkin Bank that was formed by three people with different theatrical backgrounds: a veteran employee who had been working at the bank while continuing his own theatrical activities, and two new employees who are graduates of the University of Arts, Culture and Tourism.
This time, in addition to the Tanshin Drama Club, a local revitalization cooperation team member and two graduates of the University of Arts, Culture and Tourism who work in Toyooka will also be creating a work. The diverse members come together with the only thing they have in common is their love of theater and their deep love for Toyooka.
